Returns (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know.  Our Returns Policy gives you 10 days to return or exchange your purchase bought online with a valid receipt.  If the 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase..

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or Debit Card or original method of payment, within 10 calendar days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank or credit card statement again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your Bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
